Purchasing & Payment

How do I purchase a product?

Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept payments via PayPal. After successful payment, your license will be generated automatically and sent to your email and Discord DM (if your Discord account is linked).

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal, which supports credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal balance payments.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes! All payments are processed securely through PayPal. We do not store any credit card or payment information on our servers. PayPal is PCI-DSS compliant and uses industry-standard encryption.

Licenses & Activation

How do I receive my license key?

Your license key will be sent immediately after payment confirmation via:

  • Email to your registered email address
  • Discord DM (if you have linked your Discord account)
  • Your account dashboard at Dashboard

Can I transfer my license to another user?

No. All licenses are non-transferable and tied to your account. Sharing, reselling, or distributing licenses is strictly prohibited and will result in license revocation without refund.

How do I verify my license?

License verification is available through your Dashboard. You can view all your active licenses and their status there.

My license is not working. What should I do?

First, check your license status in the Dashboard. If it shows as valid but still doesn't work, contact our support team with your license key and a description of the issue.

What types of products do you sell?

We specialize in digital products including:

How do I download/access my product?

After purchase, you'll receive a license key. The download link or access instructions will be provided in your confirmation email or in your dashboard. Some products may require you to activate your license before accessing the download.

Do products come with updates?

Yes! Most products include free updates for the duration of your license. Update availability varies by product - check the product description for specific details.

Refunds & Returns

What is your refund policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.

Due to the digital nature of our products, once a license has been generated and delivered, refunds are NOT possible under any circumstances. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Are there any exceptions to the no-refund policy?

Very limited exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Payment processing errors (double charges)
  • Product not delivered due to technical failure
  • Defective license that cannot be replaced

All exceptions require complete evidence and are subject to review.

Account & Security

How do I create an account?

Click "Sign In" in the navigation bar and choose to sign in with Discord or create an account with your email. We recommend linking your Discord account to receive license keys via DM.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

If you signed up with Discord, simply sign in through Discord. If you created a traditional account, contact our support team for password reset assistance.

How do I link my Discord account?

When creating an account or signing in, choose the "Sign in with Discord" option. This will automatically link your Discord account and enable license delivery via Discord DM.

We typically respond within 24-48 hours. Response times may vary during weekends and holidays. For urgent issues, Discord support is usually faster.
