By using our services and making purchases, you accept these terms and conditions in their entirety. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BerusDev Digital Store, you agree to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and you agree that you are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Nature of Products - Digital Products

IMPORTANT: All products offered on this platform are DIGITAL PRODUCTS.

As digital products (software licenses, plugins, bots, scripts, etc.), they are governed by specific terms:

  • Products are delivered instantly via digital license
  • Delivery is processed automatically upon payment confirmation
  • No physical products are shipped under any circumstances
  • Licenses are generated and linked to your user account
  • Your license key will be sent via Discord DM (if your account is linked)
3. NO Refunds Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

Due to the digital nature of our products, once a license has been generated and delivered, refunds are NOT possible under any circumstances.

Reasons why NO refunds are accepted:

  • The product is delivered instantly in digital format
  • The license is generated and activated immediately
  • There is no way to "return" a digital product once received
  • The customer has full access to the product after purchase

Exceptions (subject to review):

  • Payment processing error (double charge)
  • Product not delivered due to verifiable technical failure
  • Defective license that cannot be replaced

These exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and will require complete evidence of the problem.

4. Digital Product Licenses

By purchasing a product, you obtain a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the product according to the terms specified for each product.

  • Each license is valid for a single user or installation (according to product specifications)
  • Licenses may have simultaneous activation limits
  • Sharing, reselling, or distributing licenses is STRICTLY PROHIBITED
  • Licenses may have an expiration date depending on the product type
  • Licenses may be revoked without prior notice in case of terms violation
  • Use of licenses for illegal or unauthorized purposes is not permitted
5. License Duration and Renewal

Default License Term: 1 Year (365 days)

Unless otherwise specified, all licenses purchased are valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

License Renewal:

  • Licenses can be renewed before or after expiration
  • Renewal price is 50% of the original license price
  • Renewal extends the license for an additional 1 year period
  • Expired licenses may be reactivated by paying the renewal fee
  • Renewal does NOT reset activation counts or other usage limits

Expiration:

  • You will receive a notification 30 days before license expiration
  • Expired licenses will stop functioning until renewed
  • No refunds are provided for unused license time
6. Acceptable Use

By using our products, you agree to:

  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the products
  • Not share, distribute, or resell purchased licenses
  • Not use the products for illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Not attempt to violate security or license protection measures
  • Keep your license key confidential
  • Report any bugs or vulnerabilities found
7. Technical Support

We provide technical support for our products under the following conditions:

  • Support is available for active and valid licenses
  • Response time may vary depending on the complexity of the problem
  • Support is primarily provided through Discord
  • We do not guarantee solutions to problems caused by third-party software
  • We reserve the right to deny support for terms violations
8. Intellectual Property

All products, source code, designs, trademarks, and content are the exclusive property of BerusDev and are protected by intellectual property laws.

  • The license does NOT transfer software ownership rights
  • Only usage rights are granted according to established terms
  • Any violation will be legally prosecuted
  • Registered trademarks are the property of their respective owners
9. Limitation of Liability

Products are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

  • We do not guarantee that products are free from errors
  • We are not responsible for direct, indirect, or consequential damages
  • We do not guarantee compatibility with all software or hardware
  • The user is responsible for maintaining backups of their information
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice
10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately after publication on the website.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services and products at any time, without prior notice, for:

  • Violation of these terms and conditions
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity
  • Sharing or reselling licenses
  • Abusive use of technical support
  • Inappropriate conduct towards staff or community

In case of termination, NO refund will be issued.
